Minimum details to receive a quotation are:

  • Type of transport (Air, Road, Sea, Rail)
  • Pick up address and delivery address
  • General cargo details (nr. of pcs, dimensions, weight)
  • Terms of delivery (Incoterms)
  • Certificate of registration
  • Company charter
  • Decision of incorporation
  • Statistics code certificate
  • VAT Certificate (if available)
  • Appointment letter for Director or company excerpt from state register
  • Appointment letter chief accountant
  • Company letter confirming the stamp
  • Company letter confirming administrator’s and chief accountant’s signatures
  •  ID of administrator and chief accountant
  • Bank certificate confirming account number
  •  Lease contract / ownership contract – office
  • Cardboard folder
  • Company stamp

All documents must be presented in original and copy by company administrator or legal representative.
