We process the information provided in a request for quotation: name, company name, telephone number and email address. We also process technical data — including IP address, browser information, security logs and cookie identifiers — only in accordance with your consent preferences.
We receive the data directly from the person submitting the request for quotation.

Your name, company name, telephone number and email address are required for us to respond to your request for quotation. Without this information, we cannot provide a response. Submitting a request does not create a contract and does not constitute acceptance of a transport service.
Access to the data is limited to authorised employees and the CRM system used to manage requests. Google, Meta, Yandex and Google Maps may process technical data only after consent has been provided. If a service provider processes data outside the Republic of Moldova, we apply the safeguards required by law. You may request information about these safeguards using our contact email address.
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability or withdrawal of consent, please contact us at office@gammalogistics.eu. You may object to direct marketing at any time and free of charge. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection.
